CFNA not picking up

I have a BCM50 1.0 that has 12 MB's on it.

I am having trouble getting all calls to go to mail when not answered. I show up to the site and all calls transfer fine. They call again in the morning stating that the vmails aren't picking up. Any ideas?

I can transfer to the mailbox w/F986 everytime no problem..

That isn't FNA

Do you have the Vmail DN programed under Capabilities with 4 rings?

Did you check the DN's to see if they are programmed to FNA?

Have you assigned enough resources to the Voice Mail Application? Maybe they only have 2 ports and 10 calls trying to AA and FNA to VM at once.

First thing in the morning you have 12 people all checking VM at once. 2 ports would give the appearance of RNA while calls are queued.

The DRT to prime was set at 4 rings for some reason. Thus, causing the randomness of the answering... thanks to those that answered.
