CFNA is being answered by canned Mary's "that extension is not available, please enter Ext or dial 0" message, instead of the extensions voicemail. I've enabled/disabled DRT, changed number of rings, tried internal and external calls, it transfers me to extension, but when that extension doesn't answer it forwards me to the canned greeting instead of the extension's voicemail. There are 40 extensions not including receptionist, and the problem occurs with all the extensions. However, I haven't checked recept's to see if it forwards there or to the general mailbox. I have always been able to troubleshoot all the problems with this particular system/client (12 years- I sold, installed, maintain and troubleshoot this system to this client and no problem has ever stumped me such as this one.)
