MICS with Flash 4.

CFNA answers external calls, not internal on 3 ext's. Can't think of a reason...

Call Forward to what?
What version software is the MICS?
What version is the Flashtalk?
Do they all have the same line assignment and intercom keys? maybe copy a working set to a non working set as a test.

Sorry....CFNA to their mailboxes. Not a MICS, but a Modular 8x24 DR5.1-DS. Flash 2 V2.0 (NT5B78EB). No Hunt Groups involved.

On another thread, someone stated that he always removes line appearances and puts a Line Pool button. Would that help?

Compatibility looks good.

I do not know if that would help as never had that issue which is a weird one.

-Maybe just removing the lines then putting them back might help too.
-Reboot the flash?
-Delete one of those 3 mailboxes and re-add, test
-Check that maybe external calls go vmail only because the Transfer Call Back and or DRT settings are interfering, change them in some way.

Outta Ammo!

SOLVED.

Client had added the mailboxes, but neglected to program CFB & CFNA. Yet another case of "Don't believe the client"...
