I am thinking that the System Administrators have changed something but I hope someone can shed some light on this issue:

I am running CFMX 7.0.2 on a Windows 2003 Server build running IIS 6.

For the last three weeks the server randomly throws errors for a couple of minutes but they all get logged as happening at 5 past the hour (e.g. 09:05, 10:05, 14:05). All the applications that are being accessed at that time error out, and it seems as thought they error at the stage of the page that is being rendered.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, and yes I am hoping the funding gods will someday pay for the upgrade to CF8.

Thanks

Sorry I copied this from Adobe's ColdFusion forum.

They are all Coldfusion MX 7.0.2 errors that are thrown from the pages as they run.

I have a site-wide error template setup and the time line reports like the following:

Error Date/Time: 22 May 2008 - 10:05

Every error is reported as 5 after the hour so, the example above could be 09:05, 08:05, 16:05, etc...

I think the errors may be valid errors but they are all reported as being at 5 after.

FALCONSEYE,

First, thanks for looking at this and second I have to apologize, I just found what was going on. When I replied back to you a short time ago I thought I might give one more look at the site-wide exception template.

The developer that wrote this did so for an older version of CF that allowed DateFormat(data, "dd-mmm-yyyy - HH:mm"). This was resulting in the 05 as the minutes because it put the month (05) in instead of the minutes. I found this by looking at the errors back to January and they all used the month value in that spot.

Thanks again,
