CFLDAP timeout not working

I am using CF7 and CFMX.

For some reason, regardless of what I set the timeout attribute on my cfldap tag, the timeout will not work.

Can anyone think of a reason this is not working?

What is the work around?

I am running CF8 and seeing the same issue. Did you ever find a solution?

It's a month old, sorry. I don't frequent TT much anymore.
What values are you using?

CFMX uses milliseconds to calculate the timeout where 7+ use seconds so if you're using timeout = 500 you're telling it to timeout after 8+ hours.
