CFHTTP - Connection Failure

I have an important CFHTTP which is a post, submits from my site to other site form, scrape results and returns to my site. It was working fine until a week or so ago when i started getting "Connection failure". I tested CFHTTP's on other web addy's and it works fine, but when I try it on the site I need I always get Connection Failure. Could it be that this site has blocked me? I can't think of anything else. If this is the case, is there anything I can do to trick it to make it think it's not my site checking?

Have you tried including the following in your cfhttp tag? Without seeing your code it's tough to judge, but the following usually remedies my cfhttp tags of any errors.

<cfhttp.... useragent="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2) Gecko/20070219 Firefox/2.0.0.2">
