Cfg two Network cards with multi boot with Win2K

I have multi-boot computer with WinNT 4 server SP5, Win2K and Win98 OS. Currently, I have cable modem connected to this computer and I also have two network cards (Linksys EtherPCI/SOHO Ethernet PCI 10/100) installed. Both Network cards has IRQ of 9. How do I properly configure it, so one network card is assigned another IRQ while NOT screwing up the other OS?

P.S. - I tried assigning IRQ using the BIOS, but it totally screwed up WinNT4 and Win2K.
