CFG file size

I believe the largest cfg file size for a SO is 192k, is it same for 403/6/12. And any one got sites close to the max what happens when you get close or exceed the limit?

I do not have a real world cfg anywhere near max, but our alchemy unit we use as a router for remote access is creaking at the seams (only 64k avail & we are about 61K)

What usualy happens is we randomly loose parts of the CFG, Usualy IP routes), however sometimes if the CFG size increadse is large it corrupst the unit firmware & needs a DTE port recovery.
