cfdisk for Redhat Linux

Hello:
Is cfdisk integrated into Redhat Server, kernel 2.4.21-4.EL?
I have an IDE disk to be disposed. Need to erase data from it before get rid of it. Read articles about command cfdisk's feature can initialize a disk. But I can not locate the cfdisk.

Why not use wipe?

Its hellishly more secure than cfdisk.
