Our user group is experiencing a problem with cfcontent and powerpoint files. They are using Windows 2000 as the desktop. I have looked everywhere for some help! The ppt document displays correctly 60% of the time. Otherwise, it produces an error (see below).

This command:

cfcontent
type="application/vnd.ms-powerpoint"
file="D:\deletefile="no"

works sometimes and sometimes produces the following Powerpoint error (i.e. Powerpoint launches okay but gives this error instead of dsiplaying the file):

The path or filename for C:\Documents\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\XPCFIR1A\test[1].ppt is invalid. Please check that the path and filename are correct.

I am really needing some help on this!! Thanks in advance!
