CFA not working for calls from PBX

Hi,

I have a problem with CFA on CCM.4.1(3). Calls from ip phones to a CCM phone with CFA set work fine, but when the call to the CFA phone orginites from a PBX the calls get dropped.

call flow:-
option 61e -> (QSIG,E1) MGCP GW -> CCM -> phone (CFA)-> phone.

From the GW debugs and CCM traces it looks like the PBX clearing the calls.

We have only seen this problem since upgrading from 3.3(4) to 4.1(3), the pbx was installed and working fine with CCM 3.3.

Any ideas on what may have changed with CCM 4.1(3) ?
