CF_ThreeRelatedSelects - problems

Was wondering if anyone has experience using the CF_ThreeRelatedSelects custom tag. I've managed to get it working, but only if I use ID values for the values column. For example, in my select screens I have gender, sport, and position. I want the values to be the display names but I have no idea; I looked at the help files and it only mentioned that the "values" paremeters should be omitted--and I have no idea what that means...

If anyone has had success with this code, please help.
