I am just begining to Learn CF , I am planning on getting help from a friend who does it every day and possibly taking the Allaire Fast Track to CF 3 day course and other recommendation would be HIGHLY appreciated. Also the company I work for uses Visual foxPro as one of its databases any issues with CF and VFP?

The FastTrack to CF course is excellent! I would highly recommend it to anybody considering taking the class. It will sneak up on you though, after the first day it does get a bit intense.<br>
