Certsrv IIS Windows 2003, wierd problem

Hi, I have a windows 2003 server with certificate server installed. For no reason I cannot load the web page for the certificate server anymore, it use to work but not anymore. If I try to load

http://localhost/certsrv

it ask me for username/password then I get a 404 error.

Wierd thing is if I start IE and try to open a file and navigate to the windows\system32 directory I dont see the certsrv subdirectory. If I use explorer to go to the directory and click on the asp file I get an error saying the file does not exist (but its there).

Any idea what could be wrong??

You need to be looking in IIS. Verify that the virtual directory exists and the site is running.
