Hi all,
I have a problem recertifying IDs. I'm not sure if this problem stem from upgrading our LN from 4.6.7 to 6.5 to 7.0. While our parent company are still using LN5.0(origin), everytime I have a user who needs to be recertified and the admin name who created the first server always comes up. I can't seem to change the name(geyed out) and the choices that a user have is either [CONTINUE], [EXPORT ID] or [DO NOT CONTINUE]. I recalled the options were there when we both use the same LN version and a user can choose the Admin to be sent to but not anymore. Beside having the parent company to upgrade to the latest LN version, is there a fix?
What I ended up doing is either manually certifying the ID with the users Password or pre-certifying approach by going to the Configuration menu in Domino Administrator and in Certificate Expiration - recertify the users in the following EXPIRED, NEXT 30 DAYS, NEXT 60 DAYS SO ON ....
Have anyone experienced this problem?
This is real annoying, even though it's once every 2 years but there's got to be a better solution.
I'll just have to wait for my parent company to upgrade to the latest LN.
Maybe I just answered my own question.
Thanks for any input.
