Certify a user to use a server?

Hi all,

I have a returning user who for one reason or another was recreated from scratch after being removed from names.nsf. Now this person cannot use any of the domino servers on the domain. They get the error that they are not authorized to use the server.

Does anyone know a quick way that I can grant this user access to the servers and databases?

Does the user name figure in the NoAccess lists ?
How was this user account created ? Has the ID been certified for the server domain with the proper Cert ID ?
