Good Question - I'm about to embark on attending as many veritas courses as possible before my v-pass runs out...
What does "Veritas Certification" mean anyway, do you become certified in a particular topic (i.e. netbackup) or everything that Veritas has to offer?

I have taken and passed the DP001 and DP02 tests. At the time I took them they related mostly to the Unix environments and NBU 3.4. I did not like the way the test format was setup at all. In fact, I had the same question twice with 2 sets of different answers, crazy.
The benifit to them is when an employer is looking for an experienced NetBackup person.
