Well I would start with:
They offer a large amount of on-line, CD-ROM based, and live training. I just purchased the Option 11c moves adds and changes CD-ROM, which looks pretty good, however if you can take the live training I would certainly recommend it. This course material is deep and unless you have the meridian setting in front of you to actually play with, it is pretty tough.
