certification exam sutdy guide questions please

Hello

Did you ever pass this exam : test 228 IBM System p Technical Sales support ?

I have been asked to pass it and I am not a sale person but I have no choice as I am now the only aix person...
I don;t find any redbook about it or study guide so how I can have the information or help about customers requirements, value proposition etc... ???

If you know where to find some doc about this, that will help me a lot.

Thanks . I know there is a training but not available where I am and they don;t want to pay for it ... so I am surprise there is no redbooks or doc available for this as there is for the others
