We have a IPO500v2 Rls 10.0 system with Manager 10.05. We were receiving a Certificate Warning on Manager and were advised to change all passwords to eliminate the Warning. Upon changing the passwords the Certificate Warning went away. We now are receiving the Certificate Warning on a 9608 Telephone screen. Is there another procedure to eliminate this warning on the phone. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Login into the security settings and ensure you have a valid cert, if not regnerate it and reboot the phone, it will pick up the the cert.

There is no valid cert. How do I regenerate it?

has been discussed in this forum multiple times. If you search for it you will find multiple threads about it

If it has expired i have found rebooting the system will actually auto regenerate it, at least of r10.0 and up

Just ran into this just today. The system had a valid certificate but one 9608 was still showing the warning. Press the cancel soft key. In this case we had to reset the display to dual mode once it had cleared.

Thanks to all who replied. I did find a previous post with the instructions on how to reset the certificate. Thanks again.
