I posted this solution within the last week of your post.
cerutil.exe will show you the way.
I believe it was certutil -showkey and certutil -delkey.
If you can't find it, reply and I'll lookup the commands.
Make sure to use certutil from W2k3 as it is the prefered method of administration.
