every time i install certificate server, i get an error in the service (shown in event viewer). it reads like this:
"The Certificate Authority service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
so i try to start it manually, and i get an error saying: "Could not start the service on \\ecinstructor. Error 2186: The service is not responding to the control function."
what are my options?? HELP!!
