Hi All.

Silly question here.

I have to get a valid certificate on a user system, so I went and did a certificate regeneration, as per an Avaya knowledge base document.

In Security -> System, when I look at the certificate it says it is invalid 2027, so the regeneration was good.

I have tried to set the file, but it won't let me. I keep seeing in SSA that the certificate is invalid. If I try and move it to the Trusted Certificate folder it says it needs the public key.

How do I apply the new certificate?

Regards

Hi.

It is a CA certificate. I am working on an IP Office 500 v2 R11.0.4.2.21 build 1.... the build for the missing SCN links when you have scn'd offices.

Regards

Or why do we need a new CA certificate?
