Hey folks, we have generated a certificate and it shows as secure when it gets to the main web manager page. This was done from pulling a CSR off the putty and adding a new key, then signing it on the customers end. However when you select web manager or user portal. It blocks us from access. It also changes what appears to be the certificate to come from the phone system and not the portal off the dns name we used.

Here is what we get...

DNS NAME normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Chrome tried to connect to DNS Name this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be DNS NAME, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit DNS NAME right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

Have you actually applied the new cert in Manager Security Settings? If you are just getting the selfsigned cert when attempting to browse to it then you need to apply the new cert first, then wait for the services to pick it up.

Cheers,
