Certificate Import with Script

I need to be able to somehow script the import of a root certificate into the Local Computer Trusted Root Certificate Store.

I have found a way to do it easily with the activex control cenroll, BUT it only imports into the USER Trusted Root Cert section. I need it to go into the Local Computer.

Any ideas? I need to be able to do it with script or thru browser and without external utilities like certutil.

Any ideas? I have been beating on it for a while and so far no luck.
