Certificate for AD authentication IDS connection

AD server needs to have a certificate installed listing its own name
AD server needs to have ldap over ssl enabled

All of our MiCollab Servers are using AWv or Micollab smart devices so they all have certs.
Without the certs you can NOT use authentication
