Is anyone else starting to receive Certificate expiry warnings for: DigiCert Global Root CA (DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA) exp 2023-03-08 ?

Thanks, Tim

To quote:

"IP Office may show this warning in System Status (SSA) starting on January 7th (60 days before the expiry date of March 8th, 2023)

If you do see this warning, you may want to verify if the expired certificate is the DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA in the IP Office Security.
This CA certificate is used for the Avaya Spaces APN services.

If this service is important to you, a replacement certificate should be added to the applicable servers and/or IP Office 500v2 / 500v2A.

If the certificate is not needed, you can simply follow the information on removing the expiring certificate below.

Thanks @Sizbut I missed that update back in December - Cheers.

For some reason I've been unable to access Avaya solution notes for the last few months. They've obviously finally fixed something, as I got access yesterday - which of course meant a large backlog to read through, so only just read that one myself.

Looking at this for one of my clients but am having issues with getting this loaded to the delete folder. I cannot use the IE method as IE no longer opens on this PC/server. I tried to load directly to the delete folder through the manager program but got an http error. I loaded to the temp folder in file management but could not figure how to move it to the delete folder. Also does the load to the delete folder need to be named the same as the cert for it to delete? The Cert is named "DigiCert Global Root CA" but the file I got from Avaya was "DELETE-DigiCertSHA2SecureServerCA"

teletechman I usually drop in the Primary folder using Manager, then move to the delete folder using web manager usually works

bignose21,
your suggestion is...eye opening, and I wish I had thought of that. Trying to get internet explorer and java to work on these random systems is a PITA. Uploading to the primary and moving it is so simple and such a time saver. Thank you!
