Certificate Error when accessing CallPilot Password Change Service

Hi,
I have the CallPilot Password Change Service working over SSL however I get a certificate error when trying to access the page. It states "The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address"

If I look on the IIS of the Callpilot under secure connections -> View Certificates it states "The CA root certificate is not trusted. To enable trust, install this certificate in the trusted root certification authorites store"

Any ideas how to fix this?

Sorry I don't have an answer for your question...but I am looking for information on how to set this up. Is there some doc's that helps configure this feature. I looked on nortel.com and didn't see anything.
