certificate authority services win2k

I am trying to import a root CA from one server into a newly built win2k server. I am doing an upgrade from win NT 4.0 to 2000. I currently have netscape certificate services as my cert server. I want to export the root CA from there and import into win2k cert authority. So that the client certificates are still valid after the upgrade.

If you know how this is done going from one microsoft server to another and not from netscape, please respond anyway. I don't know how to do that either. And it may spark some ideas.
