Certficate Enrollment Request

We are using a certificate from our internal CA on our outlook web access.
We are going to get a certificate from Thawte.

I deleted the current certificate from out website (iis6), requested a new certificate from Thawte.
I then backed up the current certificate request to a file. I deleted the pending request and put the old certificate back on.
I did this so that the website would still be available while we waited for Thawte to give us the certificate.

I've restored the certificate request from the file backup but I can't find a way to continue the certificate request now that I have the certificate from Thawte.

Any ideas on how I can continue the certificate request process?

I wasn't able to get this working.
I just asked for the certificate to be reissued.

In hindsight, I would have created a dummy website, requested the certificate and installed it.
Once the certificate was installed I would change the real website to use the new certificate and deleted the dummy website.
