Certain viewports wont plot right...

I am working on a large project with many viewports and at some point something happened. Now previous viewports will plot with correct pen-weights. If I take a viewport and copy it and try to plot the lines in the new viewport plots with bizarre pen-weights. I cannot figure out what the heck is happening, I am using the same plot setting as always it seems to be viewport specific.

Have you checked to see if the view ports are on the correct layer(s)? Look at your plotting variables and see if there are variants also. I would make sure all view ports are on the correct layers first.
