For some reason I cannot get any results from clicking certain links. For example, I click the link to watch a video on NFL.com and I get no reaction from the progress bar at the bottom of Internet explorer and no matter how long I sit nothing happens. I have made sure that javascript is enabled and everything. This doesn't only happen on NFL.com. There are many sites where I try to open a link and nothing happens.
I have even right clicked a link and clicked "Open in a New Window." When I do this for these non working links I get a "Page cannot be Displayed" error. Then, when I click the error symbol in the bottom left hand corner of IE, it says "Problems with this page may prevent it from being displayed properly...." and the error message in the box below that says "Error: object expected Line:1 Char:1 Code:0"
It's not a problem with the site I don't believe because I just went downstairs on my other PC and it worked fine. If you guys have any ideas as to what it could be the let me know. Thanks.

Oh and another thing. I am running through a router if that makes any difference. Could that be it? The other computer that I have going through the router can access all of these links fine. Thanks for any help.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! I cleaned out a lot of the unecessary programs that I had on my PC. I think the one causing the problems was a program that stops popup ads. This would make sense because the NFL.com videos pop up in new windows.
