Certain email not getting out.

We have some email that does not make it out of our office.
Certain domain named email comes back and gives us "550 Rejected" and "The recipient name is not recognized". The email addresses we are using are valid and work when I send from AOL.
Is there something in the Exchange Administrator that needs to be set to force these thru?
