Hi there!

Its finally Friday!!!
I have a combo box that reads a recordset from an oracle database. the problem is that the combo box won't display codes like C#, C> or I+.. I've tried using Server.HTMLEncode around these values so that when these codes are selected they will show as the selected item in the combo box, and, so that the related database info will populate across a few other text fields on the page.
No go, can anyone tell me why this may be happening?

thanks!

Are these characters relevant to what else is being displayed form the database if anything?

If not, my suggestion would be to hard code them in the Combo box

thanks Jr Clown,

However, there is database related information. I cannot hard code these values as they are created by another group of power users.

I thought that server.htmlencode was supposed to handle these situations. Does anyone know how to remedy this?

Thanks Again
