Working to finalize integration of Centrex users with Unity Voicemail via TIMG and SMDI. TIMG is working well, with calls rolling from Centrex to Unity. Modem shows that data is sent via SMDI, but we are not getting calling number/called number data in the TIMG. Suspect the cable between modem and TIMG Serial Port. Or, need to get the string of values and formats just right. Anyone who may have done this before? thanks.
