Centrex transfer/remote forward dial string??

Hello all, I am working on a project offsite and need to know the dialing string for a "Centrex transfer/remote call forward" according to the f/r
*33 + dial-out code or *, + optional Pauses, + outside no. + #
(Centrex Transfer via Remote Call Forwarding, Release 6.0
and later: * + Pause)

Could someone expand on please. Where does the "* ," go before or after the dial out code or in place of?
