We just cut over a system with 5.0 software with two centrex pri's. My question is i'm doing routing for the local/ld and centrex lines. I'm using (9) for route 001 with a dialout of 9 for local/ld and i'm using (8)for route 002 for centrex. Anyway is there a way in routing that the customer only needs to dial 9 and it do both ? Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance

if you want to chose the trunks based on the dialed digits you can ...
if you are thinking of an overflow from one trunkgroup to another ...i dont think this is possible

I know there's way to build the routes i did it years ago. Back when telco use to sell two t-1's. One for local and one for ld and you would have to steer them to each t-1.I'm trying to see if anyone would have a complete list of all the routes.

Thanks for all the help.
