Centrex Lines go straight to Phone Company voice mail

Help! I have 5 centrex lines that have stopped ringing and now go directly to the phone company voice mail with no rings either on the phone and at the location where the equipment is. If I disconnect the line physically from the meridian, then they ring four times before they go to VM. Where is the programming wrong? MICS 5.0 software

Let me guess, Global Card?? I have had a couple of instances where the global card kind of hung on the outside lines and I had to change the lines to unsupervised. other than that do you have dial tone at the wiring blocks with your butt set? can you make outgoing calls on these lines? Are the lines forwarding immediately from the point of view of the originator of the call?
Verify that your stations still are programmed to ring on those outside lines also. JerryReeve

If the lines work off the switch, but not on the switch. You must have the lines forwarded back to Telco. I would try cancelling all fwd capabilities at ringing phone. Try feature #4(cancel forward).
