I would like to forward the calls to our outside sales folks automatically but I do not want to put it in the AA. I would like to have the caller enter the extension and do a Centrex transfer from there. Is this possible?
No, but if you upgrade to an R6 Partner ACS, you can use the new Remote Call Forward feature. The user forwards their phone to one of their personal speed dial numbers, the system uses another co line to call the remote number and conference them together.
