Using a BIS34d on a Merlin Legend.

I want to set an AutoDial key to grab line 6 (806) and then dial *72 pause and then the phone number. That way all they have to do is press one button to cause their calls to go to the off-site answering service.

Of course I would also like to use another button to cancel the forwarding (using *73).

Is this possible?

Thanks...

No - you cannot do it directly through a single auto-dial button. If your phone system is in key mode - you can first press the line button for (806) - get dialtone - and then press an autodial button to dial JUST the phone number. If you are in hybrid/PBX mode - unless you have set up a shared system access button - for line 806 - you are out of luck. The system will pick any available line from the pool in random order.
