Do you have line appearances or do you dial a code to get an outside line?
If you currently dial a code:
Best to build a route with dest code
i.e. Dest code 9, use Route 000, Route 000 = Pool A and dial 9
So now dialing 9 will actually dial two 9's.
If line appearances on phones then:
Program a pause and a 9 under Hotline in Capabilities
and/or
Program an external speed dial button (F*1) to dial the 9 or the dest code and 9
