On the Centrevue historical reports does the Average Speed Answered start when the caller enters the call flow or when it starts ringing on the agents phone? Thank you for your anticipated help.
 
speed of asnwer is from when the call is qued to when it was asnwered.

In the vector step "que to skill x" .. from that moment until the agent answers the call.
