We have an issue after recovering our UPS when it broke down. No calls were recorded in NICE and we have an error in our CLS server particularly the CentreVU telephony server which says:
"failed to get confirmation <csta_monitor_conf> on monitor device <cstaMonitordevice> request"
"got universal failure the error is GENERIC_SUBSCRIBED_RESOURCE_AVAILABILITY"
so what to do about this? thanks guys
