Anyone knows why appear the 429 error.
This error does not allow executing the program.
When I log in as Windows Administrator I can execute the program, but when I log in as Windows User I can not showing the error 429.
Anyone has suffered the same problem?
I guess it is a Permissions problem, but I am not sure.

Thanks

Thanks Piklz. Thanks for the efforts.
I knew it because it is shown in the Readme.txt file of the CentreVu Supervisor, but only the Windows Administrator can execute the reg.bat file, not the local user, and executing that file for the Administrator is not useful for the user, and the error goes on.
Do you know the windows permission needed for execute the CentreVu Supervisor?

Thanks again.

Alber

Have the user empty the "cache" directory. This has work for me. It seems to happen when the user stays logged in during the monthly re-boots. The application will not run again.
Simply go to C:\Program Files\Avaya\CMS Supervisor V11\Cache and remove any files in that directory.
Restart the application, everything should work.

The user should be a minimum of power user also you can run reg.bat , this found in the supervisor progran home directory. Running this will re-register the supervisor dll's in the PC's registery

If you can empty the cache you should be able to run a batch file.
Go to your "avaya/centrevu" folder and run that batch file if deleting the cache doesn't work

Supervisor R3V11FM.02 and later deletes and re-creates the cache file automatically when it's restarted
