I have two sites that are connected VIA PRI/T1. They both have phone mail but I want to have the main site sever both sites. I do have all the Packages needed in the switches and phone mail system. We are currently using DMI in out routing and I know this has to be removed. I have written new routes with out using DMI and I can get the call to forward to the main site but the problem I am having is when I build the context for the remote site and program a mail box it adds the ESN prefix (873038xx) to the main dn of phone mail and Phone mail only receives 38xx when the call is forward from the remote site. What am I missing? Will the remote site send the whole number including the (8730) ESN access code? Please help.... Thanks

Hello jjmcc2,
did you programm your ESN Accescodes, Location codes an HLOC also in M Mail? M Mail also needs to know what kind of Networking you want to do, Enterprise, AMIS etc
Because M Mail also needs to Know all that in the M Mail Networing section.
regards
Fritz

Thanks for the reply Fritz, I am trying to use Network Message Service (NMS). I have set up the site in the Networking configuration of Phone mail. I have also included the ESN (8) and location code (730) for the site. I think (really don't know) my problem is the remote site is only sending 4 digits to phone mail. I see this when I monitor the "d" channel. If I call phone mail using express messaging and dial only the 4 digits of the remote user (3898) phone mail does not recognize the mail box. If I enter the 87303898 then it does. That is where I am stuck, is it supposed to send all the digits including the ESN and site location? Thanks....
