Hey Guys,

I am a Panasonic dealer and I am considering installing a multi site location with centralized voicemail.

This client want's to install a TDE 200 with PRI at the main location and NCP 500's at 4 other locations. They only want one analog trunk at the remote locations for 911 and fallback.

Has anyone installed a similar setup? I would like to hear some pros and cons if you guys don't mind.

They of course want 4 digit dialing between locations, DID assigned to all extensions at all locations from the PRI.

Does VTR work well?
Network NDSS?

Thanks Guys

Yes this can work no problem
You will need enhanced licence on each unit for vm and ndss
No problem with 4 digit Dialing
Main thing is VPN bandwidth and VPN between all sites to each other

before you do the the cut make sure you have your own ip address es and port forwarding work into you installation plans so you can admin the systems remotely and if you are in the states tech support can help you out with snags ....

Thanks, Guys

I am in kentucky so tech support is no problem, just a little tuff to get pre sales support from my area sales manager.

I had read in the manual when using common numbering plan that VTR, NDSS did not work.

But cant I use the PBX location code's for the different locations?

I am good as far as network connections this customer has a fiber backbone between locations from the local cable company. I currently have a BCM 400 and BCM 50's networked now. But with Avaya announcing end of life in March 2015 for keycodes for the BCM's. Got me a upgrade.

You Must MUST enhanced Licence at each location and vtr and ndss will work and the latest tde software has worked out some or the issues you are refering too.if they have common network between all the locations it should be a piece of cake.
