Hello All,
(History) I have a school system with two schools each with MICS 7.0 that are linked via PRI and MCDN. All has been working well with the calls between schools. The systems were originally setup with POTS and Flash voicemail at each location and the PRI was for school to school calls. The board has since change the way the systems are configured. Now Site "A" has all POTS and all incoming and outgoing calls go through Site "A". No problems here. Because of this change we replaced the Flash voicemails with a NAM 4.1. The system has been modified as outlined in the FAQ by Roberts for centralized voicemail.
(Problem) When an outside call is answered by the NAM and the caller dials the extention located at Site "B" (3121) the extension will ring (all is good to here). When the CFNA ring count is reached the caller is sent back to the AA and not to the extension voicemail box. This only happens with calls to Site "B", Site "A" works as it should. If the same extension is called from Site "A" and the CFNA ring count is reached the caller is sent to voicemail as it should.
Has anyone encountered this and have the solution? I have checked my programming as it relates to the FAQ and everything is as outlined.
Thanks, Chris
