We have a couple of Small office editions hanging off
a 406 Site (SITE A)
we have no issue with calling between sites and seeing name displayed .....what we have is an issue with calls not going to correct mailboxes if you all from Site A to B
or Site A to C

Site A 406 running 2.0(18) line grp 90 to B

Site B SOHO running 2.0(18) line grp 90 to A

Site A 406 running 2.0(18) line grp 91 to C

Site C SOHO running 2.0(18) line grp 91 to A

when we call from stations at 406 we ring Phone at far end
and go to Mailbox of phone calling ie:

Site A X3125 calls Site B X2001
rings 2001 and goes to Voicemail of x3125

===========================================================
since there are NO Licenses at Small Office editions
License address set to 0.0.0.0 for both REMOTE sites

We have NO issues with Ip Office 406 main site works
just fine withinbound calling to Voicemail Pro and Voicemail boxes to USERS ....I have cut and pasted the correct spelling of ALL USERS from the Managers Files

Site B set Voicemail for LINE 90
Site C set Voicemail for LINE 91

Voip tab in Lines as follows:
Gateway address set for IP Office 406 address at Both
REMOTE sites ... also have
ENABLE FASTSTART OFF (not checked off)
OUT OF BAND DTMF ENABLED (checked off)
ALLOW DIRECT MEDIA PATH ENABLED (checked off)
VOICE NETWORKING (checked off)

Thank you for any and all responses

The following factor must be remembered during planning of the centralized Voicemail Pro system:

Small Community Networking is required between the central system and remote systems.
On networked IP Office systems it is possible for centralized voicemail to appear operational without Small Community Networking. However this operation tends to be unpredictable and so we only support centralized Voicemail Pro when using Small Community Networking.

Voice Networking: Default = Off
Also known as "Small Community Networking". This option enables extension number sharing with the remote IP Office system. Extensions on the remote system can then be dialed from the local system.

Note: This requires that extension numbers and names on the two systems are unique. Line and group extension numbers are not shared. Remote extension numbers cannot be included in local groups.

Full operation requires H450 Support to be enabled over the links used.

Per the post above I do have it set for Voice Network

Gateway address set for IP Office 406 address at Both
REMOTE sites ... also have
ENABLE FASTSTART OFF (not checked off)
OUT OF BAND DTMF ENABLED (checked off)
ALLOW DIRECT MEDIA PATH ENABLED (checked off)
VOICE NETWORKING ENABLED (checked off)

*VOICE NETWORKING ENABLED (checked off)
============================================================
1xxx Site B actually x1001-x1007 ranges (only using DCP 8 phones .....small edition Extensions and Hunts are unique

2xxx Site C actually x2001-x2007 ranges (only using DCP 8 phones).....small edition Extensions and Hunts are unique

5xxx - 7xxx Are From Site A 5001-7001 ranges
Ip office 406 Extensions and Hunts are unique

I will double check around the settings ......

Do you see in VM-Pro the Account Maps of all the users of the remote sides.
And is your source number like V2001 in the user tab.

Greets Peter

*We ended up changing one sites extension range from 2xxx
to 4xxx .....there were some hunt groups 2xx (3 digit range)in the 406 site that were causing some issues

*Also checked source numbers were correct

I ended up double checking lines > voip settings
shortcodes and rebooted ALL 3 sites after checking
Programming

All is well going to correct Mailboxes and Auto Attd
in Voicemail Pro

Thank You
Phoneuser

Hang on - you have SCN activated, so why do you have all the shortcodes for the extensions at the remote sites? That programming is only required for non-SCN integrations. I suspect your shortcodes are overriding the SCN code in the IPO.

Drop those shortcodes (1xxx, etc.) and give it whirl, pretty confident all will turn out right :)
