I have BCM 400 networked with T-1 to BCM 50. 400 is rel 4.0, 50 is rel 2.0. The voice mail works for both locations except that when callers hit auto attendant in the 400 and try to call anyone in the 50 they are connected directly to the users mail box. If they dial anyone in the 400 call pilot rings the phone. Like I said the mail boxes work when callers dial DID, so I believe all parameters are set. The network transfer, etc. The application DNs have access to the trunking between systems. I believe that Call Pilot may not recognize that the phones are on a differnt system and transfer to voice mail when not seeing the phones locally. The extensions are all the same 4000 series so call routing is done with destination codes to the 50. Any ideas would be helpful.

The only way I know to do it is with the MCDN keycode in both systems and a CDP dialing plan. This way the AA will recognize the 50 as part of a private network. Try this delete one of the mailboxes that is built for the far side. Then call in and try to dial that extension from the AA menu you should get AA saying "You have dialed ....". Let us know.

You need to build a route in the 400 dialing planto call the extentions at the far end and in the gateway dest digits. Also the lines in the 400 need remote package assigned with what pool it is using also the 50's lines need remote package and the same type of programing if you want to call back to the 400.

And ensure that "network transfers" are enabled in the CP properties.
