What if I set the time server ip address on the New York system to take the it's time from Dallas and use the "time offset" tab setting in New York and reflect the 2 hour difference? Like +2:00?

then the time on the IP office will be correct, the time in Dallas will also be correct
and the time stamp on the voicemail will be Dallas time, regardless of where the the call comes from, goes to.

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
If you really don't like this, you can have more than one VM Pro in an SCN.... it is however NOT SUPPORTED but it does work. I have done it a few times and never had an issue, if you do get an issue related to this set up Avaya will not even look at it, that's what you have to weigh up.
I thought about doing that but the whole reason for this project that I am working on is to bring the customer back into Avaya SCN specs. They currently exceed users in an SCN and they are not supported.
